For this reason my perspective on Fallout in this guide will most often be that the sequel sets the standard and whatever is different in the original is the anomaly. Once the cutscene ends, begin running through the cave and breakdown the wall at the end using the pickax. Move to the right and then rappel down until you trigger a cutscene.
